- Over 20 years of experience in the Shotokan style of Karate
- 5th degree black belt (Godan)
- C-Class Judge
- Certified in CPR/First Aid
- Currently enrolled in the IKD Instructor Trainee Program
- Graduate from Red River College with a diploma in Information Systems Technology
- Currently works in downtown Winnipeg as a Network Analyst
